ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel

You can receive this kind of error during your running database operation. This error may come with ORA-01041, ORA-03114 or ORA-01012 or maybe some other ORA error.

Cause:

The connection of the session (client process and server process binding) may be broken during operation. It is possible of your server crashed, server down, network down, or some mysterious issue is occurring.

Resolution

You need to check your network connection. Try to open another session to a database. Check database down or not.

This is one of the serious errors. If your database is having an issue of physical or logical corruption then also you would encounter with this ORA-03113 error.
